美国三都坪TPV
优势:
恶劣环境性能 ：TPV零部件在-60度至135度的恒定温度范围（-81℉到275℉）无破裂或粘性。良好的耐热老化结合良好的耐多种酸，碱及水溶液。 有些产品可以包：尼龙，金属和各种聚烯烃。薄至0.5毫米包覆成型消除粘合剂，粘接剂和机械联动装置。节约成本，巩固和设计灵活性。
软接触美学 ：在干燥的握把丝般的感觉，旋钮和处理与热塑性弹性体TPV牌号增加了客户的吸引力和成本效益的市场价值为消费和工业产品。
灵活性广泛：三都坪TPV产品，从35A—强硬50D.一般用途等级适用于大多数应用。 FDA的标准，医疗等级,阻燃等级,符合UL的要求。
更容易设计复杂零件 :设计公差可2至3倍更精确比EPDM或氯丁橡胶。这使得产品设计人员创造出厚或薄墙部分，并简化多部分的设计。
1）注塑加工
TPV的熔体粘度比许多种普通热塑性材料更大，在加工时，需应用较大的注料嘴、注料口、流道和浇口，还需要采用高的注射压力和较快的注射速率，以提高充模速度和减少飞边，此后在较高的压力下有一个短的保持时间，使之足以将浇料口冻结。 注射螺杆的速度应当是100至200转/分，背压力在不需要混合时应当尽可能低。
2）挤塑加工
不需要真空定径。建议采用长径比为28比1或更大比例的挤塑机。通常单段螺杆比为3比1左右，如果需要用筛网组合，可用20至60网目的筛网。最好将熔体温度保持在规定范围的下限，使挤塑产品的质量最优。
3）吹塑加工
TPV机械操作条件要求与注塑和挤塑所规定的相同。模具设计、型坯尺寸、加工周期时间、以及壁厚均匀等吹塑加工因素都与制件的几何形状有很大的关系。熔体加热过度将使牵伸比下降，应当避免过热。
