CDHD-60/24III4-J0是应用高频 PWM 脉宽调制技术，以 IGBT、场效应功率管和脉宽调制集成控制器为主要部件而构成的开关电源式多功能充电电源。它省去了笨重又有噪音的工频变压器，使得整机重量只有可控硅充电电源的四分之一，1.8KW的CDHD-60/24III4-J0充电电源整机重量5公斤。另外电源还提供有多个功能模块选配，整机采用智能冷却，即使在高温的机舱内也能保证电源可靠工作。CDHD-60/24III4-J0系列电源满足中国船级社的各种规范规则，符合船用电气及规范的基本标准。

CDHD-60/24III4-J0 applies Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) technology, being multiple-function switching charging power supply with IGBT, MOSFET and PWM integrated controller as main parts. Heavy power frequency transber with noise is not used, which makes the weight of the whole set be 1/4 of silicon controlled charger. The whole set of 1.8KW CDHD-60/24III4-J0 charging power supply weighs 5 kilograms. The power supply also provides several function modules for matching. The whole set adopts smart cooling process, therefore the power supply could work reliably in engine room with the highest temperature. CDHD-60/24III4-J0 series power supply meets all the specifications and rules of China Classification Society and basic standards of marine electric standards.

本充电电源为三阶段自动充电电源（恒流均衡充电-恒压均衡充 电-浮充电）如下图所示。对电瓶充电的全过程是先进入均衡 充电，自动完成先恒流，后恒压，待电流降到接近零时均衡充 电完成，令其（手动或自动）转入“浮充”，以涓流维持电瓶在 满充状态。其充电详细过程如下：
