亚克力的加工工艺

亚克力可以采用浇铸、注塑、挤出、热成型、激光雕刻、激光切割等工艺。
浇铸成型
浇铸成型用于成型有机玻璃板材、棒材等型材，即用体本体聚合方法成型型材。浇铸成型后的制品需要进行后处理，后处理条件是60℃下保温2小时，120℃下保温2小时。
注塑成型
注塑成型采用悬浮聚合所制得的颗粒料，成型在普通的柱塞式或螺杆式注塑机上进行。工艺参数包括螺杆式注塑机、柱塞式注塑机、料筒温度后部180℃～200℃;中部 190℃～230℃;前部 180℃～210℃;喷嘴温度180℃～210℃或210℃～240℃;模具温度℃ 40℃～80℃;注射压力80MPa～120MPa 或80MPa～130MPa;保压压力MPa 40MPa～60MPa;螺杆转速-1.20rp.m～30rp.m;注塑制品也需要后处理消除内应力，处理在70～80℃热风循环干燥箱内进行，处理亚克力棒时间视制品厚度，一般均需4小时左右。
热成型
热成型是将有机玻璃板材或片材制成各种尺寸形状制品的过程，将裁切成要求尺寸的坯料夹紧在模具框架上，加热使其软化，再加压使其贴紧模具型面，得到与型面相同的形状，经冷却定型后修整边缘即得制品。加压可采用抽真空牵伸或用对带有型面的凸模直接加压的方法。采用快速真空低牵伸成型制品时，宜采用接近下限温度，成型形状复杂的深度牵伸制品时宜采用接近上限温度，一般情况下采用正常温度。
