亚克力的加工工艺
亚克力可以采用浇铸、注塑、挤出、热成型、激光雕刻、激光切割等工艺。
浇铸成型
浇铸成型用于成型有机玻璃板材、棒材等型材,即用体本体聚合方法成型型材。浇铸成型后的制品需要进行后处理,后处理条件是60℃下保温2小时,120℃下保温2小时。
注塑成型
注塑成型采用悬浮聚合所制得的颗粒料,成型在普通的柱塞式或螺杆式注塑机上进行。工艺参数包括螺杆式注塑机、柱塞式注塑机、料筒温度后部180℃~200℃;中部 190℃~230℃;前部 180℃~210℃;喷嘴温度180℃~210℃或210℃~240℃;模具温度℃ 40℃~80℃;注射压力80MPa~120MPa 或80MPa~130MPa;保压压力MPa 40MPa~60MPa;螺杆转速-1.20rp.m~30rp.m;注塑制品也需要后处理消除内应力,处理在70~80℃热风循环干燥箱内进行,处理亚克力棒时间视制品厚度,一般均需4小时左右。
热成型
热成型是将有机玻璃板材或片材制成各种尺寸形状制品的过程,将裁切成要求尺寸的坯料夹紧在模具框架上,加热使其软化,再加压使其贴紧模具型面,得到与型面相同的形状,经冷却定型后修整边缘即得制品。加压可采用抽真空牵伸或用对带有型面的凸模直接加压的方法。采用快速真空低牵伸成型制品时,宜采用接近下限温度,成型形状复杂的深度牵伸制品时宜采用接近上限温度,一般情况下采用正常温度。
